2018 Award-Winning Homes in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas
The Rio Grande Valley Builders Association is proud to present its 2018 Parade of Homes Award Winners. Some of the area’s finest builders presented 27 homes in a variety of sizes and architectural styles throughout the upper Rio Grande Valley. This special feature includes the top winners of the 2018 Parade competition.
Awards were presented to builders in two categories (Model Homes & Spec Homes) arranged by price. Additional awards were given for Most Energy Efficient, Best Curb Appeal, Best Kitchen, Best Master and Bath, and Best Architectural Design. Top Honors for Best of Show was awarded to Villa Homes.
